Return and Refund Policy

At BB Tile and Stone, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we do accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Return Window & Restocking Fee

• Shipped Orders: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

• Picked-Up Orders: Eligible for return within 15 days of pickup.

• All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item, damaged upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Common customer mistakes include:

  • Ordering incorrect quantities

  • Choosing the wrong product or color

  • Not measuring the space accurately before ordering

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability and the same return conditions as listed above.

Condition of Returned Items

• All returned materials must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may incur additional fees.
