At BB Tile and Stone, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Ground Shipping via standard carriers for smaller shipments

  • LTL Freight for large or palletized orders

  • Local Delivery (available within designated service areas)

  • Will Call / In-Store Pickup from our warehouse (available during business hours)

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders throughout the United States. If you are outside of our service area and would like to inquire about special arrangements, feel free to contact us.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping time will depend on your selected shipping method and carrier.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, where applicable.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination, using real-time carrier rates.

  • Freight charges for LTL shipments will also vary by weight and delivery location.

  • Local delivery fees are calculated based on proximity and order size.

Sample Orders

Tile samples are processed and shipped separately from full tile orders. Due to their smaller size and packaging requirements, they may arrive on a different timeline.

Will Call / Pickup Orders

If you choose Will Call Pickup, we will notify you once your order is ready. Orders must be picked up during our regular business hours. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID.

Receiving Freight Deliveries

For LTL deliveries:

  • Someone must be present at the delivery location to receive the shipment.

  • Please inspect your order for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If damage is found, note it with the carrier immediately and contact us the same day.
